All fares and prices quoted are subject to availability. Your full payment guarantees your tour dates.

In case of cancelled flights, bad weather, or circumstances beyond Batanes Tour Deal's control, tours will be rebooked to the next available date.

The travel products and services sold through this site are subject to availability and can be withdrawn without notice. 

VOUCHER AND DEPARTURE POINT

If you are staying at a hotel in Basco, we offer complimentary pickup - please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before tour start time.

If you are staying in Fundacion or a hotel in Chanarian - you must purchase a pickup voucher or meet in our Main Tour Office - 106 Abuyo Street 10 minutes before tour start time

For hotels beyond Chanarian, we do not offer pickup services -  you must be in our Main Tour Office - 106 Abuyo Street 10 minutes before tour start time.

Present your voucher to the driver or tour guide upon request. 

Carefully check the dates and names on your voucher and contact us immediately if they are not correct.

Tours depart promptly; we can not be held responsible for clients showing up late. Late or no shows must repurchase a new tour.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All sales final, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers allowed. If you miss your tour departure date, you must repurchase a new tour.

INSURANCE

We recommend buying your own travel insurance prior to coming to Batanes. No insurance is provided in Batanes. If you are injured during your stay and do not have insurance, you will have to cover your medical bills
